Millrite Machine is a multi-generational, family-owned and operated machine shop in Westfield, Massachusetts. Since 1986, we have specialized in the super-tight-tolerance parts that aerospace and electro-optics demand, the kind where close enough is not good enough.

Running a family shop across generations means the people setting up your job carry decades of accumulated know-how. Most of our tool makers, machine operators, and skilled workers have 20 or more years in their trade, and even our senior managers are experienced machinists. You see it in the work. Setups are careful, the conversations about what is and is not feasible are honest, and the parts measure right the first time.
If a job isn't a good fit for our shop, we'll say so up front and, when we can, point you toward someone better suited. When we quote a part, it's because we're confident we can deliver it to print.

Quality that holds up to an audit.
Our quality system is externally certified to ISO 9001:2015 for the precision machining of components, assemblies, tools and fixtures, and the manufacturing and calibration of tools used for inspection purposes. Design services are intentionally outside our certified scope: our customers own their designs. A dedicated QC team tracks each work piece from order through final inspection, with lot traceability maintained from raw material through delivery.
