What we make, and how we help.

Most of our work falls within a one-cubic-foot envelope, but we machine parts from nearly microscopic up to a 40-inch cube, from one-off prototypes to production runs.

Precision Machining

CNC machining of aerospace and electro-optics components, holding tolerances to ±.0001″. We hold and inspect to the numbers your print calls for, and we document it. This is the close-tolerance work that defines us.

Prototypes

Accurate first articles and short runs so you can prove out a design before you commit to production. You get a real part in hand, made the way the production version will be, so the results actually transfer.

Engineering Support

Your engineers own the design; we make it easier to build. Drawings today are often over-engineered in ways that add cost without affecting form, fit, or function. We flag those features and suggest alternatives, and you review and approve every change.

How we work

From print to inspected part.

Not every job is a fit for our shop, and when that's the case we'll say so up front, before you spend time on it.

  • Review the print togetherWe flag tolerance, material, or feature concerns before a chip is cut. You own the design and approve any change.
  • Program with modern toolsMastercam, NX, and SolidWorks drive accurate, efficient programming for every job.
  • Machine and inspect to specHeld to your requirements under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system, with lot traceability from raw material through delivery.
