Flow-down terms for our suppliers.
Acceptance of a Millrite Machine purchase order constitutes acceptance of these terms. They flow down the quality, traceability, and regulatory requirements our own customers and the defense supply chain place on us. Vendors and subcontractors are required to include equivalent provisions in their own subcontracts.
Quality & material traceability
Vendors maintain a quality system meeting a recognized standard, furnish only new and authentic parts traceable to the original manufacturer, and provide certificates of conformance and traceability records on request. Part number, revision, and quantity are referenced on all shipment documentation.
Export control & ITAR
Vendors comply with U.S. export control laws, including ITAR and EAR, and control access to technical data. No non-U.S. person or entity may access controlled technical data provided in connection with a quote or purchase order.
Cybersecurity & CUI
As a supplier in the DoD supply chain, we flow down DFARS 252.204-7012. Vendors safeguard Covered Defense Information, meet the requirements of NIST SP 800-171, and report cyber incidents promptly.
Conflict minerals
Deliverables contain no conflict minerals (3TG) as defined under the Dodd-Frank Act. Any 3TG present is sourced from validated smelters, with traceability records provided at shipment.
Ethics & human trafficking
Vendors comply with U.S. laws on human trafficking and prohibited labor practices, conduct business ethically, and avoid bribes, kickbacks, and conflicts of interest. These provisions flow down to their subcontractors.
Right of access
Vendors provide Millrite Machine, our customers, and regulatory authorities reasonable access to their facilities, and include the same provision in subcontracts issued under our purchase orders.
